Automation
Delivery of automation solutions throughout the product production chain. These include:
- Assembly systems, partly or fully automated
- Compact complementary milling machines alongside the manufacturing machines, Rion-designed and built to shorten the product value chain
- Robot-driven driving of inserts
- Ultrasonic welding
- Tampon printing
- Laser printing
Assemblies
The assembly lines are customized to customer requirements using special jigs. Where necessary, we will do the top-up purchasing of components needed for the manufacturing. Once assembled, the product is packed in an intermediate packaging or in its final packaging.
