Prototype and
design adjustments
Rion offers short lead time capabilities. If necessary, we will be able to produce an initial product in a prototype mold with short lead times. With close support of the engineering, molds and injection team at Rion, you will be able to examine your product’s design and functionality, making corrections and adjustments as needed.
Transitioning to limited serial manufacturing
After the prototype and the design suitability have been approved, we will make a mold customized for limited serial manufacturing. Through the products injected in this mold we will be able to fine-tune the product design, determine the required materials, understand the limitations and introduce in-process improvements. All geared toward achieving the optimal product from your point of view.
